Short distance from Torino rises one of the wildest areas of the western Alps.
Widely attended by French hikers, this massif of thr Alps, the Ecrins, has the peculiarity of long accesses that protect it from the masses of alpinists and alpine skiers, typical of the most accessible places.

The investment includes

  • the assistance of the Alpine Guide UIAGM during the whole lenght of the activity.

The investment doesn’t include

  • extra expenses like cableways,refuge expenses, public or private transportation expenses.

The Alpine Guide expenses are on the partecipants.

Description

Tour des Ecrins is interesting for who loves alpine skiing and wants to discover wild places. The following offer develops in 4 days and includes challenging ascents like the one to the Col Emile Pic or towards Montagnes des Agneaux and the ascent of one of the most elevated peaks over 4000mts, Dome de neige Ecrins.
To be considered that the Tour des Ecrins is available for each level, with a simple e-mail we will be ale to organize the tour based on your requests.
Starting from the Rifugio d’Arsine, reachable by the bottom of the Arsine valley or from Col de Lautaret climbing up in the area of Combeynot (depending on weather conditions).
Next day we’Il hike through the Col Emile Pic 3483m, lodging at the Rifugio des Ecrins, from where -on the next day- hiking throught the spectacular sérac that protects the highest part of the massif. We’ll go on to the highest point of our trip: Dome de neige Ecrins 4015m.
Descending from this peak we’ll stop to the Rifugio du Glacier Blanc lodge for aour last night. Last stop will be the one to go back to Monetier both through Col de Monetier or climbing up on top of Montagnes des Agneaux, (depending on the number of persons in the group), from here we’ll descent to the car, seeking for a good spot to cheer to the adventure and to plan out a new one!!!
