Description

Moving on a glacier in security, means knowing how to bond correctly, choose the best itinerary and…know how to handle unforseen events.
Falling in a crevasse is an unfortunate event but, when accurately prepared, it can not be a threaten to the security of the roped party and to the success of the ascent.
The security on glacier course will be held on a Monte Bianco or Monte Rosa glacier and will be based on 4 fundamental aspects:
setting of a secure roped party
hold in a fall
snow anchorage setting
companion rescue
Once the course is over you;ll knw how to movve on a glacier with more security, evalue the kind of roped party to set depending on the conditions and crevasse won’t worry you as much.

*Minimum number

Course starts with minimum 3 participants.
