The investment includes

  • the assistance of the Alpine Guide UIAGM during the whole lenght of the activity.

The investment doesn’t include

  • extra expenses like cableways,refuge expenses, public or private transportation expenses.

The Alpine Guide expenses are on the partecipants.

Description

Learn to know snow through a whole day formation.
From snow crystal formation to stratification of the snow coat, from methereological aspects to avalanche formation and eventually artva use and caught up rescue.
The one day long course, held in a classroom in the morning, in a locality chosen by the organization will be divided in two parts: theorical and practical.
During the theoric lesson we will handle Snow Science (from snowflake to avalanche), functionment and use of artva and avalanche rescue organization. In the afternoon, after lunch break, we will go outdoors and put in practice what we learnt in the morning. In different artva fields, specifically prepared by Alpine Guides, you will gain familiarity with artva research, both for single or multiple burial
